COMMERCIAL SERVICES

We undertake a full range of Building Consultancy services across a wide range of retail, office, leisure, medical, industrial and commercial buildings, including maintenance, refurbishment and new build, acting as designers and contract administrators, along with a full range of professional services.

Our professional services include building and due diligence surveys, party wall awards, schedules of dilapidation and condition and building cost reinstatement assessments.

We also regularly act as contract administrators on a diverse range of properties dealing with maintenance, refurbishment, conversion, new build and fire/flood damage reinstatement.  Our services include project management and monitoring and Employer’s Agent in relation to Design and Build projects.

Our computer aided design (AutoCad) service allows us to undertake measured surveys, lease plans and a design service for clients including 3-D views.
